Regina Zernay, former bassist for Cee Lo Green and Cowboy Mouth, has returned as the lead singer/bass player for rock & roll band Detroit Diesel Power. The band's debut EP, 16:16, is currently available on iTunes and Amazon, and has received radio airplay across the country, including KXLU - 88.9 (Los Angeles, CA), KXSC – USC Radio (Los Angeles, CA), KJRW (Seattle, WA), WQRM-FM (Washington, DC), WOCM-FM (Ocean City, MD), WXQR-FM (Greenville, NC), WYAV-FM (Myrtle Beach, SC), WCHE-AM (Philadelphia, PA), KNEN-FM (Omaha, NE), This Week in America (National), PPRN (National), The Bobby D. Show (National), Iconici Radio (National), Mulberry Lane (National), Troy’s Room (LA Talk Radio), The Tom Bernard Show (MN), and The Jiggy Jaguar Show (KS).

Detroit Diesel Power has been playing at venues throughout Los Angeles, including The Viper Room, Silverlake Lounge, Timewarp Records, and multiple performances at the House of Blues Sunset (Main Stage, Foundation Room, and Parish Room). Shows also include a live radio performance on KXLU 88.9's "LIVATION," opening for The Ataris at the House of Blues Anaheim, and traveling to Las Vegas to play at punk rock dive bar the Double Down Saloon.

Detroit Diesel Power was formed in 2013 by Zernay and her husband, rhythm guitarist Darren Roberts. Influences include The Ramones, The Sex Pistols, Soundgarden, and X. The band is rounded out by lead guitarist Brian Wu and drummer T-Roy Berry.
